Terms of Sale

By placing an order on Muse Saint Tropez, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Pre-Orders

Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis. This means items are made or sourced specifically upon order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production timelines, customs procedures, or carrier delays.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability but confirms that your order request has been received.

4. Shipping

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at musesainttropez@gmail.com and include clear photos.

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muse Saint Tropez shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
